Introducing the Key Worker Pilot : Working together on Foundational Supports

Tuesday 27 May @ 7:30 pm 8:30 pm AEST

Strengthening Community-based Services under the NDIS

The Early Childhood Intervention Best Practice Network invites you to our next session for board members and management committees.

Over the past 10 months, our network has been working collaboratively to co-design a Key Worker Pilot model to support families of young children with developmental delay and disability through foundational supports.

This initiative builds on our shared work as a network, and reflects our commitment to strengthening community-based responses across organisations.

Join us for a discussion where you will:

  • Introduce the proposed Key Worker Pilot model
  • Share how it was co-designed across multiple organisations
  • Discuss our submission to government seeking funding
  • Invite questions and reflections to help boards consider potential involvement in the next stage

This is an opportunity to engage in a strategic conversation about future directions for foundational supports and the potential to work together as a network so attendees can discuss further with their own boards.
