SUMMARY:Supporting children's sensory needs in libraries
DESCRIPTION:The library environment can significantly influence the behaviour and social interactions of children with sensory processing needs. For example\, a child who has an oversensitive sensory system may avoid busy\, bright or noisy places. A child with an under sensitive sensory system may enjoy more movement or tactile experiences. \n\n\n\nJoin us for this interactive workshop designed to equip library staff with practical tools to support children with sensory needs.
