DESCRIPTION:Let’s explore how to foster positive family outcomes through relationship health. \n\n\n\nOne of the most important is the relationship with the people we share family life with\, whether that’s a partner\, co-parent or other important people in our family. Like anything important\, it can need a little time and attention to stay strong. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWith the busyness of daily life\, it’s easy for connection to slip into the background. This session offers a chance to pause\, reflect and reconnect with what matters most to you and your family relationships. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWhen parents feel supported and connected\, it can have a positive flow-on for the whole family. Communication plays a big part in this\, along with understanding what helps you feel close\, heard and on the same page. \n\n\n\nThis workshop offers practical ideas and a positive space to reflect\, refresh and strengthen your connection as you move towards your shared hopes for your family. \n\n\n\n\n\nCome along to discuss and explore: \n\n\n\n\nSimple ways to reflect on what’s important to you\n\n\n\nHow to build a shared vision for your relationship and family\n\n\n\nThe Relationship T.H.R.I.L.L.S. framework\n\n\n\n\nYou’re welcome to join in as much or as little as feels right for you.
