Parents often meet with professionals to achieve the best outcomes for their children. The key to success lies in being well-prepared and proactive.

In this session, we’ll share practical strategies and a helpful framework to prepare you for meetings and lead them with confidence. Better meetings lead to better outcomes for your child.

Join us to learn about:

  • Ensuring everyone understands the purpose of the meeting
  • Leading the meeting with your vision for your child at the center
  • Listening to each team member
  • Clarifying roles and responsibilities after the meeting

  • Gathering the resources needed to act on any decisions
  • Handling challenging moments during the meeting
