Ellen has spent many years working with young children with motor and developmental delays and disabilities. She values working in partnership with families, educators, and community agencies to support children’s inclusion in everyday life. Ellen enjoys using a transdisciplinary key worker approach, where collaboration helps foster each child’s sense of agency and connection.
