Supports and strengthens child-parent relationships
The Circle of Security is an evidence-based program that helps build and strengthen child-parent relationships. Research shows that when children have at least one secure relationship with a parent or carer, they enjoy better health, stronger relationships, and greater success in their future education.
Our online sessions are interactive and designed to create a safe, supportive space for everyone. Recordings are not shared.
In this program, you’ll learn to:
- Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to recognize their emotional needs.
- Support your child in managing their emotions.
- Build your child’s self-esteem.
- Honor your inner wisdom and your desire to make your child feel safe and secure.
You may also like to know that we are also running a Circle of Security group especially for dads, as well as a daytime group, in case these options are helpful for you.

This program is for
Parents, carers, and family members of children aged 0-12 years.
While the Circle of Security is not a disability-specific program, it will help families apply the approach to their child’s unique needs.
