Effective collaboration with therapists, teachers, and other professionals is essential for helping children thrive and reach their full potential.

These partnerships ensure everyone is focused on achieving the same goals and providing the best support for your child’s development and success.

Come along to learn more about:

  • Understanding the roles and responsibilities of therapists, educators, other professionals—and most importantly, yourself
  • Focusing on your goals and priorities
  • Sharing effective communication strategies
  • Supporting the whole team to stay on track
  • What to do when things don’t go to plan

The ‘Let’s talk about…’ sessions are designed by families for families to discuss various topics and learn together. They are facilitated by trained parent-peer workers raising a child with developmental delay or disability.
