About this course and module contents

Back on Track is an online course designed to support parents, carers and professionals to understand and respond to behaviours of concern using Positive Behaviour Support.

All parents and carers experience challenges with their child’s behaviour at times. For some families, these challenges can feel more intense and may impact everyday activities such as going out in the community or attending early learning or school. Sometimes behaviour may be unsafe or affect the wellbeing of the child or others. This course is designed for families who may feel they have “tried everything” and are looking for practical, evidence‑based support.

The course introduces Positive Behaviour Support in a clear and practical way, helping you understand why behaviour happens and how to respond in ways that support your child’s development and wellbeing.
