Laura has a diverse background spanning graphic design, brand strategy, project management and writing, as well as building a boutique food business. After a career in design and branding, she spent 18 years co-building Sydney start-up Feather and Bone, an award-winning ethical butchery dedicated to improving human and planetary health. Her book, The Ethical Omnivore, was published by Murdoch Books in 2020. Laura has three adult sons and often reflects that she wishes she’d known about Plumtree when they were young.
