Wei is an Educational Leader and Educator who is passionate about supporting children to reach their potential in a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment. She believes every child has unique strengths and capabilities and enjoys creating opportunities for children to grow with confidence, curiosity, independence and a lifelong love of learning.
Having experienced both the Chinese and Australian education systems, Wei brings an appreciation of different approaches to learning and the importance of creating environments where every child can thrive. She believes children learn best when they feel emotionally and physically secure, respected and supported.
Before joining Plumtree, Wei worked as an Early Childhood Teacher and Room Leader. She has particular interests in emotional coaching and toileting support and speaks Cantonese and Mandarin.
Wei shares Plumtree’s belief that every child, regardless of their abilities, should be supported to “climb their own mountain, as high as possible.”
