Why does my child do that?

About this course and module contents

Why does my child do that? is an online course designed to help parents, carers and professionals understand children’s behaviour through a developmental and psychological lens. It explores common behaviours, why they happen and practical strategies that can support positive change.

The course focuses on young children who have not yet started school and supports families to better understand their child’s behaviour in everyday life. The strategies and resources included are practical, strengths‑based and designed to fit into family routines.
