  • Enjoy a range of play activities.
  • Be introduced to group time with enticing activities, songs, and books.
  • Have opportunities to develop abilities in moving, playing, and communicating.
  • Meet other families and share information and ideas.
  • Chat with professionals and ask any questions about your child’s development.
  • Have fun!

Playgroup stories: Past and present

At Plumtree, playgroups are for more than play. Families can find connection, confidence and support. These stories show the lasting benefits of joining a supported playgroup. Together, these stories show the lasting impact of being part of a supported playgroup.

Families currently attending Plumtree playgroups share what joining in means for them and their little ones: friendship, community, and a place where children can thrive.

Colin, co-author of Milly’s Mind, looks back on how a supportive playgroup helped his family become stronger and more empowered.
