Let’s explore how to foster positive family outcomes through relationship health.
Our relationships shape many of the moments we share as a family. One of the most important is the relationship we have with our partner. Like anything important, it can need a little time and attention to stay strong.
With the busyness of daily life, it’s easy for connection to slip into the background. This session offers a chance to pause, reflect and reconnect with what matters most to you, your relationship and your family.
When parents feel supported and connected, it can have a positive flow-on for the whole family. Communication plays a big part in this, along with understanding what helps you feel close, heard and on the same page.
This workshop offers practical ideas and a positive space to reflect, refresh and strengthen your connection as you move towards your shared hopes for your family.
Come along to discuss and explore:
- Simple ways to reflect on what’s important to you
- How to build a shared vision for your relationship and family
- The Relationship T.H.R.I.L.L.S. framework
You’re welcome to join in as much or as little as feels right for you. There is no expectation to share personal experiences with the group.
*This session was previously named “Relationship growth”
